I wasn’t able to have a good sleep last night thinking about what might have been if we were able to purchase a house and lot twenty steps away from our current home right now. The house and lot has been mortgaged to another neighbor. I thought if the owner offered it to us, we would grab it right away!
The only thing that needs to be fixed on that house is the gate. But I will have the whole house to be repainted if ever I will acquire it. I know it needs a new look and a new paint would do wonder. I sigh whenever I remember that house. I can’t stop saying it’s a good bargain considering that I am really looking for a house near my parent’s home.
The house is nicely designed too, I can imagine the front yard where Yena and her cousins would be playing plus it has two rooms! I can have a lot of space for my replica sunglasses if ever we would have the other room, while Yena would occupy the other room. I hope the owner will have a change of mind and offer her house to us. It’s just timing that we need to have a bigger home now that we will have an addition to the family by November.
