Home Remedies for Eyebags

Eyebags can be caused by either lack of sleep, stress or genetics. The most common treatment is to apply any cold compress to constrict the blood vessels that helps to minimize puffiness.

Try these natural ways of getting rid of your eyebags. Cold cucumber slices are most commonly used. You can also try a peel of potato, a metal spoon cooled in running water, or used tea bags placed in a refrigerator. Keep them under the eyes for around 15 minutes. Rinse off the residue after 15 minutes with water. Witch hazel is an effective help. Rinse a cloth with witch hazel and dab on the eyes.

Avoid sodium. Avoid processed foods. Also, don’t forget to drink a lot of water and always get enough sleep. If the cause is genetics, consult a doctor.
