Non-stick pans are now widespread in different stores as it is very efficient to use. Less oil, less cost and easy to maintain. Due to the special coating in its outer, an utmost care is advised. The following are the don’ts to your non-stick:
1. Do not use metal utensils like thongs or spatulas to stir while cooking.
2. Do not wash the pan with scouring cleanser pad.
3. Do not expose the pan to drastic temperature changes. Check the maximum temperature indicated in the manual to prevent the pan from warping.
4. Do not use sharp objects like knife to cut something directly on the pan.
5. Do not stack the pan at the bottom of other metallic casseroles.
