Paint Color and Moods

You are having second thoughts to reinvent the color of your walls because you might end up regretting the aura it may create, and later you might incur additional cost to bring back the old paint.

Here are some tips that might help you on your painting dilemma at home. The colors has been said to effect one’s mood and emotions:


Yellow – promote feeling of happiness and confidence. Use in home office, kitchen and dining room.

Orange and red – encourage activity, appetite and conversation; stimulate adrenal glands. Use in entrances, dining, living and play room.


Pink – reflect maternal embrace. Use in living room, children’s room and bedroom.


Blue – denote relaxing and calming effects. Use in kitchen and home office.

Purple – reveal confidence, dignity and purpose. Use in living room, bedroom or in bathroom.

    yeah blue is a relaxing color… that is why we picked it for our living room…
