To attend to any unlikely event, you must keep a first aid kit ready at home. It is best placed inside the medicine cabinet and must come in handy. The following are the must haves inside the kit:
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Cotton balls
- Bandages
- Band aids
- Gauze and adhesive tape
- Small sharp scissors
- Antiseptics
- Antibiotic ointment
- Thermometer
First aid kit must be kept away from reach of the children. Remember to check the expiration dates of the ointment. Not only that, be sure you have the adequate knowledge in carrying out first aid procedures. Do not let panic overcome you and always be alert in attending the minor afflictions.
